Passing Glances/Rolling Views
Having met at the bus stop, the group were transported up to Liverpool's highest vantage point. The route, climbing through Everton, teased us with glimpses of the city, before reaching the crest of the brow where we alighted. The clear day gave us views as far as the Welsh mountains as well as the reverse view of the ever-changing Liverpool waterfront skyline. We discussed our own history with the areas we could see as we shared Everton Mints before walking back towards the bus stop, them home.
"This is a place I know quite well, but its really interesting to look at it from a new perspective"
"It was a clear day, and it was good to look across the city and hear from people who knew more about its history"
